So Refreshing!
(Paul Watkins 08/11/09)

Many websites change their content on a regular basis. Some are changing all the time. But if you're not careful and you visit a site often, you might miss the change.

The content of each site you visit, gets saved temporarily to your hard drive in a "cache" location. Then when you come back to the website, if the cached content is still there, you see that information instead of the newest content on the website. So what can you do? ... Refresh! That is, hit the refresh button on your browser.

Tapping the "F5" function key may be a faster way than using your mouse. Either way, it is so refreshing!
Isa. 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
