To access the "Sendto" folder and "Start Menu" folders along with other folders in your C:\Users\userid folder cannot be accessed like they used to be in Windows XP. When you try to open them you get a message that the folder is "not accessible" and "Access is denied". In order to get into these folders go to C:\Users\\AppData. Some of the hidden folders will be shortcuts to a sub-directory in "Local" and some will be in "Roaming". e.g. the shortcut to the "SendTo" points to C:\Users\userID\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo. The "Local Settings" folder points to C:\Users\userID\AppData\Local.
