These settings work for the iPhone 5 with Comcast's POP mail server.
 
Note that you must enter your password for both incoming and outgoing mail.
 
The Name field must be your name rather than Comcast.
 
There isn't anything special here about the iPhone 5. The settings also work for iPads, iPod Touches, and earlier iPhones.
