How To Add a Mailbox

  • 1. From the main screen in Outlook click on "Tools", then "Email-Accounts".

  • 2. Click on "View or change existing ..." and then click "Next".

  • 3. Click on "Microsoft Exchange Server" if necessary to highlight it, then click on the "Change" button.

  • 4. Click on the "More Settings ..." and then on the "Advanced" tab.

  • 5. Click on the "Add" button, type in the name of the mailbox you want to add, then follow the steps to complete the process.
